  lato della scarpa cullavano
Posted by: Bannings - Yesterday, 06:09 AM - Forum: Our Gabfest - No Replies

GT-2000 è un attacco stretto, ma non pizzica mai, come fanno alcune scarpe strette. Il sistema di allacciatura è stato rinnovato da anelli su entrambi i lati del 3 ° e 4 ° foro, a fori regolari;

CALGARY Los Angeles Kings T-Shirts Authentic , Alberta (AP) The Florida Panthers have been on quite a roll since the All-Star break.Mike Matheson scored twice, Aleksander Barkov had a goal and two assists, and the Florida Panthers beat the Calgary Flames 6-3 Saturday night for their seventh win in eight games.”We’ve been doing a lot better job of playing within our systems,” Matheson said. ”Early on in the year we were trying to get used to it a little bit. Since having a bit of time off at the All-Star break, I think we’ve been able to come back hard knowing we really can’t afford to be leaving points out there.”Article continues below ...Roberto Luongo stopped 30 shots in his first appearance since a groin injury on Dec. 4, and picked up his first win since Nov. 27.”Still not quite as sharp as I want to be, but for the first game back I thought it was pretty good,” Luongo said.Evgenii Dadonov and Vincent Trocheck each had a goal and an assist, and Jared McCann also scored to help the Panthers get their fifth straight road win.Florida went into the league’s four-day break 12 points out of a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They’ve cut the margin in half, now trailing the New York Islanders for the second wild card spot by six points.”Guys are playing like it’s our playoffs right now,” Panthers coach Bob Boughner said. ”We’ve got to just keep digging in and getting as many points as we can right now. We’re still in the thick of it and we have some games at hand.”Dougie Hamilton scored three goals for his first career hat trick for the Flames, who are 0-3-3 in their last six at home. It was the first three-goal game by a Flames defenseman since Al MacInnis in 1992.”Obviously a cool thing to do, but tough in a game like that,” said Hamilton Los Angeles Kings Hoodies Authentic , playing in his 400th NHL game. ”I’ve had two goals before and you always say to yourself, well maybe there’s a chance you can score a hat trick, but never did it. The last one I had that I remember was minor hockey. It’s been a while.”David Rittich started and gave up four goals on 15 shots before he was pulled early in the second period. Jon Gillies came on and stopped 13 of the 15 shots he faced. The Flames, the league’s second-best road team, just completed a 4-2-0 trip. However, they couldn’t carry that over in their return home.”What happened tonight is what everybody fears and talks about,” coach Glen Gulutzan said. ”You come home from a road trip, you have a successful road trip, your first game back and every guy didn’t have enough to get us through this game.”Tied 1-1 after the first period, Florida blew the game open in the second with three goals in the opening 6:03.Trocheck completed a nifty give-and-go with Barkov by slipping a shot past Rittich at 58 seconds to put Florida ahead. With Barkov providing the screen, Dadonov deflected Keith Yandle’s shot past Rittich at 3:09 to make it 3-1. Barkov then gave the Panthers a three-goal lead at 6:03 as he redirected Dadonov’ shot between Rittich’s shot. Gillies came on after that.”We just weren’t executing,” Flames captain Mark Giordano said. ”It felt like we were a little bit off right from the start of the game.”Calgary pulled to 4-2 with 7:45 left in the second on Hamilton’s second power-play goal of the night.Matheson got his second of the game at 3:41 of the third, and McCann made it 6-2 just more than two minutes later.Hamilton capped the scoring with 8:05 left when he banked in a shot from the corner off the leg of Panthers defenseman Aaron Ekblad.NOTES: It was Rittich’s first start at home. His previous nine starts all came on the road. … Injured starting goalie Mike Smith (lower body) skated before the Flames’ game-day skate Saturday morning, but didn’t face any shots. His status remains day-to-day. … Hamilton played in his 400th NHL game. … Flames F Johnny Gaudreau snapped an eight-game scoring streak (four goals Los Angeles Kings Hats Authentic , seven assists). … Ekblad extended his point-streak to six games (three goals, five assists).UP NEXTPanthers: At Winnipeg on Sunday night.Flames: Host Boston on Monday. GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) The Philadelphia Flyers got their first shootout win of the season after losing the first four, and neded their backup goalie in to finish it off.Nolan Patrick scored in the seventh round of the overtime shootout and Michal Neuvirth came off the bench to stop five shootout attempts, leading the Flyers to a 4-3 win over the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday night.Flyers goalie Brian Elliott left the game after the second attempt of the tiebreaker when Arizona’s Clayton Keller inadvertently hit Elliott near his face with his stick on the follow-through. Elliott was helped slowly off the ice, and the Flyers said he suffered a lower body injury despite where the contact was, with an update to come on Sunday.Neuvirth entered, the first time he’d ever had to come in under such circumstances, and did not allow a shot to get by him.”It’s one of those situations, crazy stuff,” Neuvirth said. ”I was just focusing on myself.”Flyers coach Dave Hakstol noted that shootout wins have been hard to come by for his team.”Nice to see (Patrick) go out there with that kind of confidence and make the play,” Hakstol said. ”`Neuvy’ came in tonight and he proved how important he is to our team.”The Flyers won their third straight and have points in four consecutive games. Shayne Gostisbehere had two assists and Elliott finished with 24 saves.”It’s pretty unfortunate what happened to (Elliott),” Gostisbehere said, ”but for Neuvy to step in there pretty cold and make big saves for us was huge.”Jason Demers Custom Los Angeles Kings Jerseys , Alex Goligoski and Zac Rinaldo had the goals for Arizona, which has lost five of six. Antti Raanta stopped 40 shots, including key stops in the third period and overtime. Nick Cousins scored in the first round of the shootout. The Coyotes tied the score 3-3 on Rinaldo’s rocket of a shot from the right circle at 1:59 of the third. The Flyers had opportunities to re-take the lead and outshot the Coyotes 16-4 in the third period, but couldn’t beat Raanta.Goligoski’s sixth goal of the season tied it 2-2 just 24 seconds into the second period, right after a group of Flyers fans among the many in the crowd finished an Eagles chant in honor of the recently crowned Super Bowl champions.Simmonds put Philadelphia ahead on the deflection of Gostisbehere’s shot at 2:12 of the middle period. It was Simmonds’ 19th of the season and the second power-play goal of the night for the Flyers.”Special teams can win and lose you games,” Coyotes coach Rick Tocchet said. ”For whatever reason our special teams are good on the road and not at home.”Raanta kept it a one-goal game with a sprawling save of Ivan Provorov’s shot later in the period. The Flyers missed a goal chance less than two minutes into the game when Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny skated in with no defender between them and the goal, and Konecny couldn’t put the puck past Raanta, missing wide of the net from a close angle. The Coyotes took a 1-0 lead as Demers took a pass from Derek Stepan and got a friendly puck bounce underneath Elliott and into the net 3:53 in.Philadelphia then scored twice to take the lead. The first came when Giroux got his 17th on a one-timer that zipped past Raanta on a power play at 10:19. Voracek got an assist on the goal, his NHL-leading 53rd of the season and the eighth straight game in which he has scored a point. The Flyers went ahead as Jordan Weal took a hit from Rinaldo at center ice, maintained control of the puck and passed to Scott Laughton. Laughton delivered a quick pass to Raffl, who scored his 10th.NOTES: Goligoski has 20 assists on the season, the ninth straight season he has accomplished the feat. Only three other NHL defensemen have recorded 20 or more assists for nine consecutive seasons. … Arizona began a stretch in which it will play nine of 10 games at home. … Former Flyers D Luke Schenn was a healthy scratch for Arizona. … F Christian Fischer returned after missing the previous game due to injury. … Voracek played in his 500th career game.UP NEXTFlyers: At Vegas on Sunday.Coyotes: Host Chicago on Monday night.

  Matt Ryan Jersey Limited
Posted by: douhua2233 - Yesterday, 01:59 AM - Forum: Our Gabfest - No Replies

The National Hockey League announced a tentative $18.9 million settlement Monday with more than 300 retired players who sued the league and accused it of failing to protect them from head injuries or warning them of the risks involved with playing. The lawsuit Matt Ryan Jersey Limited , consolidated in federal court in Minnesota, was by far the largest facing the league. The NHL, as it has for years, did not acknowledge any liability for the players’ claims in the proposed settlement and can terminate the deal if all 318 players or their estates don’t elect to participate. The settlement is significantly less than the billion-dollar agreement reached between the NFL and its former players on the same issue of head injuries. Each player who opts in would receive $22,000 and could be eligible for up to $75,000 in medical treatment.“The cash amount of $22,000, that’s small, but we were always looking for (medical) coverage to begin with,” said former player Reed Larson, who was among the first to sue the league over head injuries that could lead to the brain disease Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. “The bottom line is this is monitoring, testing and hopefully help for players that will either have (CTE) now or could get it in the future.”Players’ attorney Stuart Davidson said he knows there will be comparisons between the NHL and NFL settlements, even though they differ drastically.“When you have a defendant who has spent millions of dollars litigating a case for four years to prove that nothing is wrong with getting your brain bashed in, you can only get so far,” Davidson told The Associated Press. “I think it’s important for players who have an opportunity to settle their case with the NHL now to understand that before they get anything through a trial against the NHL it’s going to cost millions of dollars in experts to get there, and that’s going to have to be paid for before they see a penny from any recovery http://www.atlantafalconsteamonline.com/...yan-jersey , assuming they win.”An NHL spokesman said the league would not make any comment until after the opt-in period of 75 days for players. There were 146 players who added their names to the lawsuit as plaintiffs between November 2013 and this August and 172 more who joined as claimants. In addition to the cash payment, the settlement includes neurological testing and assessment for players paid for by the league; up to $75,000 in medical treatment for players who test positive on two or more tests; and a “Common Good Fund” for retired players in need, including those who did not participate in the litigation, worth $2.5 million.Pittsburgh star Sidney Crosby, who has dealt with concussion problems throughout his career but is not involved in the lawsuit that includes only retired players, told reporters after practice the league, Players’ Association and others must all have a role in the issue.“It’s something as players that we know that risk,” Crosby said. “Obviously we know a lot more now than we did before, even a lot more than we did when I had my first one. It’s something you hope they can mutually agree on. It’s something that I think is important from both sides.”Retired player Daniel Carcillo, one of the plaintiffs, urged players not to accept the settlement. In a series of tweets , he said players would be forced to see the same NHL and NHLPA doctors to determine if they’d be eligible for treatment.Carcillo also asked for Wayne Gretzky’s thoughts: “I want him to use his platform to help the men who protected him throughout his career. Lack of pressure from former players is a direct result of this insulting attempt at a settlement.”Charles Zimmerman, who was a lead attorney for players, said he was most disappointed the lawsuit couldn’t assure future benefits for all retired players like in the NFL.“I think it’s a very appropriate result and a good outcome in a very contested, hotly litigated matter Authentic Calvin Ridley Jersey ,” Zimmerman said. “The main goal in the case was to get medical testing and treatment for the players, something that the NHL wouldn’t agree to for the four years that we’d been litigating and that’s what we achieved.”The settlement comes four months after a federal judge denied class-action status for the retired players, a significant victory for the league in the lawsuit filed in November 2013. U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson in July denied class-action status, citing “widespread differences” in state laws about medical monitoring that would “present significant case management difficulties.”The bid for class-action status would have created one group of all living former NHL players and one group of all retired players diagnosed with a neurological disease, disorder or condition. Had Nelson certified the class action, more than 5,000 former players would have been able to join the case.“It’s not surprising after the NHL prevailed on the class-action motion that there would have been movements in this direction,” NHLPA executive director Don Fehr told reporters in Toronto. “I’m glad for the parties that it’s all over. Hopefully people can go on with their lives and now we can perhaps deal with these issues with the NHL without having to worry about the effect on the litigation.”Davidson called Nelson’s decision a “watershed moment” for the case and that players lost leverage as a result.“It severely limited the damages to the NHL owners and benefits to the NHL players,” Vanderbilt University sports economic professor John Vrooman wrote in an email to the AP. “This decision essentially forced the 140 (plus) players involved in the suit to settle and prevented the participation of all other potential litigants. So it will seem that both sides ‘won’ in what was really a lopsided victory for the owners. It’s just that all of the owners won by gaining current and future protection from damages and a minor fraction of the players won something that they would have zero chance in obtaining in isolation versus the league.”Settlement talks ramped back up in July with an agreement reached Nov. 7.Bettman and Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly have, on multiple occasions, said the lawsuit had no merit.“When it comes to focusing on concussions and trying to understand them and how to treat them, we’ve been leaders in the field,” Bettman told the AP in May. “And that gets completely lost in the rhetoric of the litigation, and I don’t like discussing the litigation. There is a sense because it gets sensationalized that the reality of our position with player safety is somehow at odds with the reality of the science and the medicine and it’s not true. We study it very closely.”The NFL settlement covers more than 20,000 retired players, and lawyers expect payouts to top $1.5 billion over 65 years. As of last month  Calvin Ridley Jersey Limited , the NFL concussion lawsuit claims panel has approved more than $500 million in awards and paid out $330 million. ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) The San Jose Sharks were down late against the Anaheim Ducks, but their confidence never wavered. To hear Logan Couture tell it, the Sharks were too naive to be afraid against the five-time defending Pacific Division winners.”Maybe guys are just young and they don’t know better,” Couture said.Timo Meier tied it with 53.7 seconds remaining, Joe Pavelski and Couture scored in the shootout, and the Sharks rallied to beat the Ducks 3-2 on Sunday night.Martin Jones made 25 saves in the Sharks’ second straight win. Jones stopped Adam Henrique’s shot in the first round, and Rickard Rakell hit the post in the second.Couture also had a goal and an assist in regulation to help San Jose move into second place in the Pacific, two points ahead of Calgary. Anaheim is tied with Los Angeles in fourth, one point behind the Flames.”It took 59 minutes to battle back and get it to overtime, but I liked our game tonight,” Sharks coach Peter DeBoer said. ”I thought we played an excellent road game considering the circumstances. It was a gutsy win.”Ondrej Kase had a goal and an assist for the Ducks, who had won three straight home games. Cam Fowler also scored, Nick Ritchie had two assists and John Gibson made 37 saves.Meier positioned himself on the edge of the crease to tip in Couture’s shot and secure at least a point for the Sharks. Ducks coach Randy Carlyle was not pleased with how passive his team was during the sequence, giving Couture a chance to let the play develop and Meier to get free in front of the net.”In the situation we’re in, in my mind http://www.atlantafalconsteamonline.com/...ley-jersey , we should have had more of a push on the guy that passed the puck and we should have had better coverage for the guy that tapped it in backdoor. He was wide-open and you can’t allow that to happen,” Carlyle said.”Actually, I was kind of surprised how much time I had,” said Couture, who trimmed the deficit to 2-1 at 10:56 of the third on a wrist shot into the top corner for his team-leading 23rd goal. ”I just saw (Meier’s) stick in the lane, and he’s a big, strong guy, so he was able to put it in the net.”Fowler’s seventh goal of the season put the Ducks ahead 2-0 at 6:28 of the third.Anaheim jumped in front on Kase’s third goal in the last four games. Kase sped in down the right boards and fired a long shot that snuck in between Jones’ legs 2:39 into the opening period.Jones seemed rattled by the play and nearly gave up another goal a minute later after losing track of Derek Grant’s shot at his own feet. But Jones settled in by making a glove save on a shot by Chris Wagner after the Sharks turned the puck over in their own zone. The Ducks had plenty of chances to extend their lead in the first. Andrew Cogliano had a look at an open net only for the bouncing puck to skip over his stick, and Rakell put a one-timer wide of goal during Anaheim’s first of two power plays in the period.Corey Perry had a power-play goal with 18 seconds remaining in the first overturned on a successful challenge by the Sharks, with defenseman Kevin Bieksa being ruled offside.”We had our chances. We had our opportunity and we lost a point, so we’re not going to get all doom and gloom,” Carlyle said. The Ducks are 9-3-1 at home since the start of December, but the Sharks have handed them two of those regulation losses. They won 6-2 at Honda Center on Jan. 21 and went 3-0-1 in the season series.NOTES: Bieksa played in his 800th career game. . Sharks RW Joel Ward (shoulder) missed his second straight game. . Ducks C Antoine Vermette was a healthy scratch for the second time in three games. Derek Grant replaced Vermette on the fourth line.UP NEXTSharks: Host the Arizona Coyotes on Tuesday to open a three-game homestand.Ducks: Visit the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday to begin a four-game trip.—

DETROIT (AP) Evander Kane showed his skill
Posted by: douhua2233 - Yesterday, 01:53 AM - Forum: Our Gabfest - No Replies

DETROIT (AP) Evander Kane showed his skill Brian Elliott Jersey , scoring a wraparound goal under the watchful eye of many NHL teams evaluating him in person.Kane had a go-ahead goal late in the second period and Marco Scandella scored with a second left in overtime, lifting the Buffalo Sabres to a 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday night.About a dozen scouts were at the game checking out Kane as a player to possibly acquire and they had a great view of his 20th goal, which was scored directly in front of them in the press box. Kane told reporters earlier this week he expects to be traded before Monday’s deadline. He was glad the Sabres didn’t scratch him to protect against injury.”I understand the business so I can see why some teams choose to do that, but that’s not what I want,” Kane said. ”I want to be on the ice with my team, no matter what is going to happen. I don’t want to watch.”Some teams already out of the playoff race, including Buffalo and Detroit, are trying to trade players with expiring contracts for draft picks to potentially bolster the future of their franchises.Kane is definitely a candidate to get dealt and perhaps one of the best players available. The 26-year-old forward is expendable at least in part because he’s in the last season of his deal with a rebuilding team led by first-year general manager Jason Botterill. The Sabres have not appeared to express an interest in re-signing Kane, who could command a lot of money as a free agent in July.Kane, drafted No. 4 overall by Atlanta in 2009 http://www.officialflyersproshop.com/aut...oux-jersey , was acquired by Buffalo from Winnipeg in 2015 a few weeks before the trade deadline in a deal that sent a first-round pick that year to the Jets. He has 20 goals this season, ranking second on the team, and 177 in his career.”Talented player,” Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill said. ”Real fast.”Blashill was quick to bash the league’s goaltender interference rule, which he said wasn’t properly applied during a challenge of Kane’s goal.”We have a rule as grey as grey can be,” he said. The Red Wings scratched veteran defenseman Mike Green for a fourth straight game with an upper-body injury, but he might play Saturday at home against Carolina.”If he’s healthy to play, he’ll play,” Blashill said. ”There’s risk in playing and there’s risk in not playing. ANAHEIM http://www.officialblackhawksproshop.com...ing-jersey , Calif. (AP) — The San Jose Sharks looked like they’ve developed another star.Timo Meier scored twice, had a third goal nullified after an offside review and added an assist Sunday night to lead the Sharks to a 4-3 overtime victory against the Anaheim Ducks. His second goal came at the 2:12 mark in OT, finishing off a mad scramble in front of the net. He now has a career-high, eight-game point streak.“It was a big win by us,” Meier said. “We stuck with it. We stayed positive and got two huge points.”Logan Couture and Rourke Chartier also scored for the Sharks, who’ve won four of their last five. San Jose goalie Martin Jones stopped 27 of Anaheim’s 30 shots on goal.Meier, 22, was San Jose’s first-round pick (ninth overall) in the 2015 draft. He scored 34 goals last season, his first full season with the Sharks. After starting 5-1-1, the Ducks suffered their fifth consecutive loss. They’ve surrendered 19 goals in the five losses.Sunday the Ducks got two goals from Pontus Aberg and one from Josh Manson. It was the first goal of the season for Aberg and the first multi-goal game of his three-year career.“I got a lucky bounce on the first goal,” Meier said. “It was a confidence builder. It’s been a while since I’ve scored in this league. I’ve shown I can (score) in the American (Hockey) League.”Goalie John Gibson stopped 45 of San Jose’s 49 shots.Anaheim looked lethargic early in the game, falling behind 3-1 to the Sharks before finding some spark.Couture put the Sharks up early in the first period with a wrist shot John Hayden Jersey , but Manson answered less than 2 minutes later with his own short wrister. It was Manson’s first goal of the season. The Sharks then took control, getting goals from Chartier and Meier. Meier’s first attempt at a second goal was erased when Ducks coach Randy Carlyle asked for a review and the Sharks were ruled offside.“If we had a break it was when they were offside on the goal,” Carlyle said. “It kind of turned things in our favor, and we started to play. Question is, what were we doing in the first 30 minutes that was so much different than the last 30?”Aberg took an assist from Ryan Getzlaf and sent it past Jones for his first goal late in the second period. His second goal was a thing of beauty. This one was an unassisted, Aberg weaving the puck back and forth seven times and finally around San Jose’s Joakim Ryan and into the net.“Their (defenseman) turned his back after my first move,” Aberg said. “I tried to pull it back. It worked out.”That tied the game 3-3 and sent it into overtime.Meier’s second, second goal ended it. After a scramble in front of the Anaheim net, Gibson appeared to have the puck in his left glove. But instead of burying the puck, he flicked it out and went to Meier, who drilled it past him for the game winner.“I thought we deserved to win,” said Sharks coach Peter DeBoer. “There was a big swing in the second period when our goal was disallowed and then they got the ‘seeing eye’ one.“I thought we had an opportunity there to probably put them away and we wouldn’t have come down to what it did Authentic Jonathan Toews Jersey , but that’s hockey. WINNIPEG Philadelphia Flyers Hats Authentic , Manitoba — If there was a trophy for most assists in a season, Blake Wheeler would be one of the early favorites to hoist it at the end of the season. The Winnipeg Jets captain had a five-point night in a 5-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Friday at Bell MTS Place, setting up the first four goals and scoring the last into an empty net. That performance gave Wheeler 18 assists in 15 games, the second-highest assist total in the league behind Colorado’s Mikko Rantanen, who had 19. Wheeler led the NHL in assists last season with 68 and has more than any other player since the start of the 2015-16 season.Article continues below ...Wheeler hopes to continue his leading ways when the Jets host the New Jersey Devils on Sunday night. The Devils come to town on the heels of a 6-1 shellacking from the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday and have lost five of their last six, being outscored 29-15 in the process. Winnipeg is the last stop on a season-high seven-game road trip.At the same time as Wheeler is catching fire, sniper Patrik Laine appears to have regained his scoring touch for the Jets. He notched his fifth goal in three games on Friday to take the team lead with eight. He has just three goals in his first 12 games.Defenseman Josh Morrissey, who had one assist against Colorado, had an idea Wheeler was ready for a big night after sharing a ride to the rink with him. “You could tell he was ready to go. He’s a big guy that has so much skill and competes so hard Custom Philadelphia Flyers Jerseys ,” he said. “Blake took it to another level. He’s a guy that drives our bus every single day in practice, in the gym and basically in every aspect of being a professional hockey player. He’s the guy that we follow.”The Devils will need better goaltending if they want to compete with the Jets. Goalie Keith Kincaid stopped a number of excellent scoring opportunities by the Leafs but gave up one floater to Morgan Rielly while being screened by three of his teammates. In the previous game, a 7-3 loss against the Ottawa Senators, veteran Corey Schneider was pulled after giving up four goals on 22 shots.“We’ll be fine in the end,” Kincaid said. “This will just make us stronger. We have to build as a team. It’s not going to be easy. Everybody has to be together and work hard.”Coach John Hynes was particularly frustrated with his team’s breakout against the Leafs.“We have to play better. On four out of the six goals, we had the puck on our tape coming out of the zone, so our puck execution needs to be better. We’ll have to do that better against Winnipeg,” he said. The Rocket Richard Trophy, named in honor of the Montreal Canadiens legend who led the league in goal scoring five times in the 1940s and 1950s www.officialpenguinsproshop.com , has been awarded since 1999 to the league’s top goal scorer. The player with the most total points is given the Art Ross Trophy, named in honor of a former player and executive. A trophy to the top playmaker could be named after Wayne Gretzky, who retired in 1999 with 1,963 assists. He has more assists than any other player has total points. The San Jose Sharks know they need to be better than the team that just completed a winless road trip.Opening a six-game homestand, the Sharks look to continue their dominance over the surging Calgary Flames on Sunday night at SAP Center.San Jose (8-6-3), which has won five in a row overall and four straight at home against Calgary, is back in Northern California a pair of poor outings.Article continues below ...Martin Jones gave up the game-winner with less than six minutes to play in a 4-3 loss to the Dallas Stars on Thursday before the Sharks failed to generate any offense in a 4-0 defeat to the St. Louis Blues on Friday.“We’re a better team than what we’ve shown the last two games,” San Jose captain Joe Pavelski said Friday.Coach Peter DeBoer admitted the club has a lot to fix after these two games.“Some other nights it looks like we got it figured out,” he said after the loss to the Blues. “It’s consistency. Consistency in our game and having that composure to not beat ourselves. We’re not there yet.”One slumping Shark who may get a spark from facing the Flames is Evander Kane. The winger scored six goals in two games against Calgary last season after being acquired in late February from the Buffalo Sabres. That included a career-high four markers in San Jose’s 7-4 win on March 16.Kane has one goal in his last seven games overall.Jones (4-1-1 Pittsburgh Penguins T-Shirts Authentic , 2.49 goals-against average at home in 2018-19) will likely be between the pipes after Aaron Dell faced St. Louis. While with the Sharks, Jones is 7-3-0 with a 2.74 GAA in 10 career starts versus the Flames.Looking for its sixth win in seven games, Calgary (10-6-1) wraps up a swing through California after defeating the Los Angeles Kings 1-0 on Saturday behind 21 saves from backup David Rittich and Travis Hamonic’s first-period goal.“Good victory, obviously. We had contributions throughout and it’s good for David Rittich to get his first career shutout,” Flames coach Bill Peters said.In spite of Rittich’s success, Mike Smith will face the Sharks, associate coach Geoff Ward told the team’s official website. Among the 23 goaltenders with at least 10 starts this season, Smith ranks 21st with a 3.66 GAA.Smith told the Calgary Herald on Friday that he will improve.“I know I haven’t played my best yet. There’s more to give. It’s about finding it and getting the confidence. And it starts in practice, I’m a big believer in that Pittsburgh Penguins Hoodies Authentic ,” said the 36-year-old, who’s yielded two goals or less in each of his last five road starts against the Sharks, posting a 2-2-1 record.A key to the Flames’ success this season is balanced scoring up front. Wingers Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk are tied for the team lead with 19 points each, while winger Elias Lindholm and center Sean Monahan are right behind with 18 apiece.Lindholm, acquired from the Carolina Hurricanes in June, already has a team-leading nine goals in 17 games after notching a career-best 16 in 81 contests last season. He has five points (two goals, three assists) in four career games in San Jose.Several Sharks are in position for career milestones.Joe Thornton needs one goal for 400 in his career and one assist to tie Mario Lemieux for 11th?on the all-time list with 1,033. “Jumbo Joe” has 11 points (two goals, nine assists) in his last 11 games versus the Flames.Center Logan Couture Pittsburgh Penguins Hats Authentic , who is tied for second on the club with 17 points, is scheduled to play in his 600th NHL game, while defenseman Erik Karlsson (seven assists in 17 games) is one helper shy of 400 for his career.

Under new coach Ken Hitchcock, the Edmonton Oilers are thinking grit and grind first. That includes Thursday’s 3-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings.Article continues below ...“That’s the Western Conference,” Hitchcock said. “You’ve got to take points out of close games. It’s a one-goal league and it’s really a one-goal conference and we don’t want to be the first to crack.”Winger Ryan Nugent-Hopkins told the league’s official website that Hitchcock is getting to team to succeed when it seemed as if the season was spinning out of control.“He’s pushing us to be our best,” Nugent-Hopkins said. “It is tough to come in a quarter of the way through the season and try to change things, but he has done a good job of reminding us the things we already know but also pushing us and keeping us honest.”While Edmonton (12-11-2) boasts Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl — tied for the team lead with 13 goals each — the club has also gotten surprising production all season long from Alex Chiasson and more recently from Oscar Klefbom.Chiasson, a journeyman who joined the team just before the start of the season, already has 11 goals in 19 games. Klefbom, a defenseman, registered game-winning goals against the Kings and in overtime of a 1-0 victory over the Dallas Stars on Tuesday.“It’s been good timing for my first two goals,” Klefbom said Thursday. “These wins feel better than we win 5-1. It gives us a lot of confidence. We should build off this and focus on the next game here because we can play way better, I think.”Hitchcock believes Klefbom can keep delivering.“I think 25 (minutes a game) to me is the floor and you’re going to see him play more and more,” Hitchcock said.Saturday’s tilt is arguably Edmonton’s biggest test under Hitchcock as Vegas (14-12-1) is reminding fans why it advanced to the Stanley Cup final as an expansion team. The Golden Knights’ surge continued with a 4-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday.“We’re just on a bit of a roll here lately so we just have to keep going Adidas Tyler Graovac Jersey ,” said coach Gerard Gallant, whose team has outscored opponents during the streak by a 23-8 margin.Max Pacioretty has been the key to Vegas’ offense with six goals and three assists during the streak. He’s hot now, he’s getting a good feel around the net,” Gallant said.Another key is Marc-Andre Fleury, who’s yielded only 11 goals while winning six straight starts — including shutouts of the Calgary Flames and San Jose Sharks on back-to-back nights last Friday and Saturday.“He’s the key,” Gallant said. “When we got him in the expansion (draft) last year, we knew that he’s a difference maker and he’s a leader of our group.”Fleury is 5-0-0 with a 1.77 goals-against average, a .940 save percentage and a shutout in his last five visits to Edmonton.

We still have a group here that has a lot of pride and that is gonna play hard right to the end.”Richard Panik also scored for the Coyotes, and Antti Raanta improved to 18-16-6 by making 27 saves.”We knew that we had lost all the games against this team and we wanted to show that we’re not that bad a team http://www.officialsharks.com/authentic-...rns-jersey ,” Raanta said. ”Everybody knows that we’re not gonna go to the playoffs, but we want to show that we can beat anybody in this league. A little bit of a better start (this season) we could actually be in the hunt for a playoff spot.”The Coyotes began the season 0-10-1 and were 9-27-5 heading into 2018, but now they’re on a 15-7-2 roll, including an impressive 4-1 victory at Eastern Conference-leading Tampa Bay on Monday night.”It was a huge thing to come from Tampa and start working again, it was a big thing for the team for sure,” Raanta said. ”It’s showing to the fans and showing to the league that we can beat anybody in this league when we are playing like we played today and in Tampa. It’s a confidence boost for sure.”Erik Haula and Alex Tuch each scored power-play goals for the playoff-bound Golden Knights. That’s three in a row and we gotta fix it. We gotta be better, we gotta be more prepared for those starts and get our game ready.”The Coyotes opened the scoring when Connauton found the loose puck after a deflection in front of the crease and backhanded it in a wide-open net.Vegas tied it after James Neal took advantage of a turnover and fed Haula for a one-timer.With a little more than three minutes left in the first period, Arizona rookie Clayton Keller stole the puck, maneuvered around the defense and served an attacking Panik, whose backhand beat Fleury.Keller, who leads the team in scoring Julien Gauthier Jersey Womens , continued a red-hot March and has now recorded a point in 10 straight games. This is a tough building to play in, a loud building,” Arizona coach Rick Tocchet said. ”We held our own, you gotta give our team credit. It’s a tough road trip. I like the way some of these guys are buying in. You do the right things, good things happen.”Arizona, which is 6-3-1 in its last 10 road games, played its fifth game of a six-game road trip that started in Buffalo, and continued through Carolina, Florida, Tampa and Vegas.
